Shipping and Delivery Policy

Astronath sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped by post or courier. This page explains how and when what you pay for is delivered.

1. Coin packs

• Delivered to: your Astronath wallet, on the account you were signed in to when you paid.
• When: instantly, as soon as our server confirms the payment with Razorpay, usually within a few seconds.
• Where to check: your wallet balance and transaction history, on the website and in the app.

If the payment succeeded but the coins don't appear, use “Confirm payment” on the payment result page or in your wallet. Razorpay also notifies our server directly, so confirmed payments are credited even if you close the page. If coins are still missing after an hour, contact us with your order and payment IDs.

2. Premium

Premium included with a coin pack starts at the moment the payment is confirmed and lasts for the number of days shown at checkout. The end date is shown in your wallet.

3. Tara AI chat and astrology reports

Tara's answers and astrology results (kundli, horoscope, matchmaking and others) are generated and shown on screen within seconds. Nothing is sent by email or post.

4. Delivery problems

If something you paid for wasn't delivered, contact us using the details below. If we can't deliver it, the amount is refunded as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
